Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Start a Return Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exception: If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
